Problem with my payment

I asked for a payment, after being pending for a few days they return it to my balance ... I try to ask again but they tell me that you can only ask for a payment every 5 days.
I find no reason why the payment has not been generated

I think your paysilk account ID missing or wrong so,
please update your paysilk account ID and try to withdraw your funds.
